If you just bought a new home, many things must be done to prepare for your big move. Of course, preparing to move into your new home is something that every purchaser looks forward to. But, like with anything meaningful it never hurts to be well prepared.
The time between signing the Sales and Purchase agreement and when you collect your keys may be subjective to unforeseen circumstances.
